From the time we made the call until the job was finished, nothing but professionalism from Booko Bros. The communication, meeting with my insurance adjuster, and making sure the work was done…every step of the way Booko made sure it was on track. They even arranged for some additional we wanted to get done. Would not hesitate to call them again whether it be insurance related or not. Very satisfied.
Brock was quick to come out to my house and inspect our roof. After the inspection we had our insurance adjuster out, which Brock was with him the whole time and agreed the roof needed replaced! I used Booko Brothers to repair major damage to my great room roof and interior from a tree falling during a wind storm. I dealt mostly with Brock during the whole project. I was very pleased with his workers and any other subcontractors he used. They were not only nice people to deal with, but they did excellent work. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a good, honest contractor.
We have had our first experience with Booko Bros. the weekend of May 17-18 when a massive oak fell on our house and we needed the roof to be tarped, because rain was predicted for that Tuesday. They responded quickly, but the damage was so extensive that they would need to build some sort of framework to which they could attach the tarp. They estimated that it could be 2-3 days. But on Monday, their amazing team demoed what they needed to; built the frame and attached the tarp! Today (Tuesday) I watched the rain begin falling through grateful tears, because our poor disheveled house was at least preserved from further damage. We are grateful and impressed!
The storm in June 2022 put a tree through our roof. Luckily we hired Booko Brothers who arrived the next day for tarping and did all the repairs. Booko Brothers was very easy to work with and stayed on top of our challenging (not local) insurance adjuster. We are impressed with the speed and quality of work and won’t hesitate to hire Booko Brothers again.

Booko Brothers undertook and completed restoration work in Kalamazoo MI for a family member. We are located in Canada and were concerned about the mechanics of communication and supervision of the work. Booko Brothers were professional and the communication was amazing. After discovering roof damage on my home, I contacted Booko Brothers and asked someone to come out and inspect the damage and provide my wife and me recommendations for repair. Jon (Owner) visited my home the very next day, inspected the damage, took pictures of the damage and explained to my wife and I the extent of the damage. After discussing the damage, Jon recommended contacting our insurance company. He explained that the damage was due to high winds and was extensive enough that would likely be covered by the insurance company. This was the first time we have placed a claim with the insurance company and Jon helped us through the process. Not only did the insurance company pay for repairs, they replaced the entire roof! We hired Booko Brothers to complete the work. The crew did a fantastic job of taking care of our home and property during the 3 days of work. They made sure that they house was protected and carefully cleaned up each day. This meant a lot because we have two young children who play outside often and we had no worries about nails or other objects in the yard! The workers were polite and communicated with us each step of the way! From their customer service to the quality of work, we will be sure to use Booko Brothers for any of our home repair needs moving forward!
